I ordered a wallet with my initials and expected a little more flexibility with the personalization. I figured there would be a few font or placement options, but the choices were limited, and the preview didn’t really give me a clear idea of how it would actually look.

When it showed up, the leather itself was nice enough, but the initials were smaller than I thought they’d be and didn’t look as centered as I’d hoped. Since the custom detail was the whole reason I bought it, I was a bit let down. For the price, I’d definitely expect more control over the final look.

They have some really nice stuff, but every time I check... my size is just never available. Kind of frustrating because I’d actually buy something if it was there.

I liked it at first and thought it was holding up well, but lately the stitching has started coming loose after just a few months. That’s what’s sticking with me now, so I’m a bit disappointed.

I was kind of worried I’d been fooled by the pictures, because once I saw it in person, the design felt plain. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really my style and not what I was hoping for

It’s still a nice-looking piece, but I wish the finishing and durability matched the initial impression

I reached out earlier today hoping to get help wording my order problem, and the response was straightforward: they can help rewrite the actual issue I had, but they won’t just make one up. that made sense to me. Once I pulled together what really happened with my order, it was much easier to explain.

I ordered a leather bag from crudo-leather and wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The leather feels real and has that natural leather smell, not the overly shiny fake look some bags have. I also noticed the stitching along the edges was clean, which was a nice small detail. I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery took a little longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with the bag.

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. I did have a question after it was delivered, and support eventually got back to me, but it literally took a few days and I had to follow up once. They were polite when they responded, just not very quick. Overall, not bad, but definitely could be better.

The shipping was frustrating. It took much longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way. The item itself might be fine, but the delivery experiance was really not great.

I wanted to like it, but the leather smell was seriously strong! After a little while it actually gave me a headache, so I couldn’t really use it comfortably

The leather quality seems decent enough, so there’s that. But the color I received was way darker than what was shown on the site, which is a little annoying since I specifically chose it for that shade. I guess the photos were more of a suggestion than an accurate preview.

Everything was correct and worked as expected, so I’m happy with it. It saved me the hassle of having to fix or return anything, which is the main thing I was hoping for.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the size guide definitely could’ve been a lot clearer. On top of that, the return process was kind of annoying, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I’m always kind of wary of customer service in situations like this, so the waiting didn’t exactly help. It ended up fine, but the process could’ve been smoother

The leather feels nice and the bag does look good in person, so I’ll give it credit for that. But just a heads up if you’re thinking of buying it: it’s heavier than I expected. It’s fine for short trips, but I wouldn’t want to carry it around on long walks because it gets uncomfortable quickly. Shipping was okay, nothing special. Overall, decent quality, but the weight is a real downside for me.

The whole refund process was frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times just to get any movement, and it felt like no one was really paying attention to my case. The handling came across as careless, and the service definitely could’ve been better.
